To all SISA club members,
It recently came to our attention of a possible quality issue with the new Select uniform you purchased last Fall for your child. Apparently some jerseys have had the SISA or Select logo peel off. Select Uniforms investigated the issue and came to the conclusion some of the logos were not double heated, therefore causing the logo to not adhere correctly to the jersey. It appears this has been an issue for a relatively small number of the SISA uniforms but Select would like to correct the problem. Select Uniforms has agreed to replace the jerseys that have experienced this problem at no cost to yourself or the club.
If your child's jersey has this issue, please send an email to SISAuniforms@gmail.comwith the size of the jersey and your contact information to include:

Jersey size
Which logo has quality issue; Select, SISA or both
A date, time and location will be communicated at a later time for verification and exchange of the jersey.
The Select shorts and socks are not part of this exchange. If you have experienced other issues other than the logo peeling off, please send a note to this email address of your concern. SISA can then address the issue with Select Uniforms for resolution.
