Dave Wagner has served as a SISA Board member for over 11 years. He has been serving as President since 2003.

Dave currently holds a USSF D License and has coached recreation, challenge and classic teams for 14 years.

Dave played soccer in high school and also ran cross country and track. He was recruited by Virginia Military Institute to run track collegiately and was a member of the VMI varsity cross country and track teams all four years from 1979 – 1982.

During his time away from the fields, Dave enjoys golfing, running and sailing.
