Neil holds a USSF E license, and is a USSF certified referee. He has been a South Iredell Soccer Association (SISA) board member for the past six years.   He has previously served the SISA Board as Secretary, VP of Coaching, and VP of Registration.

Neil has been coaching with SISA since 2001.   The father of four, he has coached Instructional, U8 Coed and Girls, U10 Coed and Girls, U12 Coed and Girls, and U14 Coed and Girls.  He is currently coaching U10 Coed and U14 Girls.    He has no immediate plans to coach High School.

In addition to soccer, Neil has also coached baseball and basketball with SIAA and swim team with clubs in Charlotte and Cary.    Growing up, he participated in basketball, baseball, swim team, football and soccer.    He is a graduate of Charlotte Catholic High School and North Carolina State University.
